Work Includes but is not limited to:
1. Troubleshooting flame safeties in boilers, incinerators, or process combustion/metals applications.
2. Tuning Boilers, including package boiler combustion testing, incinerator setting, small ovens, etc.
3. Boiler/Furnace Inspections and cleanings.
4. Minor furnace & boiler repairs and retrofits.
5. Calibrations of non PC, PLC, or microprocessor controls - Steam flow, Recorders, Oxygen analyzers, etc.

CLASS II (Industrial Process Combustion/Boiler Work) |
Work Includes but is not limited to:
1. Microprocessor control set-up and calibration (Bailey SLC03 and 04, GPC-1500, Honeywell UDC, etc.)
2. Full meter combustion setup, pneumatic or electric.
3. Powerhouse control wiring for control systems.
4. All PC work, AB’s Factory Talk, Intellution, Wonderware, etc.
5. Designing control loops, for process combustion in metals Industry, boiler or incinerator loops.

CLASS III (CAD Work) |
Work includes but is not limited to:
1. CAD Drafting, 3D Modeling, ASME paperwork, etc.

CLASS IV (Design ~ Industrial Process Combustion/TBC Analysis) |
Design, and consulting as it relates to the above classes.Work includes but is not limited to:

CLASS V (Mechanical Labor) |
Work includes but is not limited to:
1. Mechanical Repairs
2. Installation of Mechanical equipment or systems which require

CLASS VI (Shop Fabrication) |
Work includes but is not limited to:
1. Mechanical Design.
2. Fabrication of Duct Work, Ash Hoppers, Catwalks, Coal Shoots, Bucket Elevators, Screw Conveyors, etc.

Breaking
Welding
Painting
Structural Erection
Fabrication

CLASS VII (Water Analysis) |
Work includes but is not limited to:
1. Water treatment analysis and control visits: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Seminally or Annually.
2. Boiler opening for inspection.
3. Boil-out or Acid cleaning.

CLASS VIII (Industrial Process Combustion/Long-Term Planning) |
Work includes but is not limited to:
1. Evaluation of powerhouse equipment or systems for efficiency or life cycle.
2. Develop Master plan for future expansion or downsizing.
3. Design and implementation of system automation for manpower reduction.
